The start-finish line is set at the Poseidonion Square. Runners follow an anti-clockwise route to the Anargyreios & Korgialeneios School of Spetses. This also applies to the 25K course. The turning point is 5km after the acclivity that leads to Vrellos beach.
10k running / information

REFUELING STATIONS
- 2.5K (water)
- 5K (water & isotonic drinks)
- 7.5K (water)
- Finish line (water & isotonic drinks)
The cut-off point is 100 minutes.
Every 10K runner will receive an energy Gel in their athlete’s kit.
All runners must be at Poseidonion Square 30 minutes prior to the start of the races.
Individual and group registrations include the following for each athlete:
- Race number
- Electronic timing chip

Goodie bag with event bracelet

Commemorative participation medal

Commemorative T-shirt

Snacks, Avra Water, soft drinks and medical aid during and after the race
SAFE KEEPING OF PERSONAL ITEMS
There will be a safe storing point at Poseidonion Square for every race. The organizing parties are not liable for any loss of objects. So you are kindly requested not to leave any valuables or money in your possessions. Please clearly mark your possessions prior to depositing them at the Safe Storage Place.
Medals & Age groups:
Every runner will receive a participation medal. There will also be overall classification medals and classification medals for each age group – PLEASE CHECK IF YOU HAVE WON IN YOUR AGE GROUP AND BE AT THE RELEVANT AWARD CEREMONY

ABSOLUTELY NO NEW ENTRIES FOR THE SWIMMING RACE WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SATURDAY AND NO CHANGES OF EXISTING REGISTRATIONS WILL BE MADE!
